You must be hanging onto your hats for Caprica, the upcoming series of Battlestar Galactica, which is gonna air in 2010. Today I am intending to enhance your anticipation little bit more.  Ahaan! Well, friends your fave show would soon be in the vicinity of cinema. The creator of TV show Battlestar Galactica, Glen A. Larsons, is in talks for his announcement of release of a movie on the original concept of this sci-fi thriller. Yeah you are on the right walkway! It’s Battlestar Galactica (1978 series).

Recently in an interview, Glen said that the film will not be based on the Sci-Fi Channel series of the same title rather it will be based on the original series which starred Richard Hatch, Dirk Benedict and the late Lorne Greene. The flick is supposed to be premiered in 2011. It is being directed by Bryan Singer.

You must be thinking how this 70’s science fiction gonna work on Big Screen when a number of technologies have been introduced today. But guys! Here you are wrong! I guess the film would be a successful one as the Battlestar Galactica 1978 series is at the top of ladder among all the strings of show. It would surely be proved rocking once again.
